Rose Roman, Governmental Lending ManagerRose has over 21 years of commercial and industrial lending experience in Central and Northwest Ohio. Her background includes roles in credit, community / business development, relationship management and loan department management with a government lending program specialization. In her current role, Rose leads Union Bank’s SBA Department, providing government backed loan programming including SBA 7a/ PPP / 504, USDA Business & Industry Lending and other available programs. Her passion is supporting the community by providing innovative, customized financing to small businesses, which in turn supports meaningful growth opportunities and job creation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Finance from The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business. She volunteers as a board member for Community Capital Development Corporation and for Women’s Small Business Accelerator. She lives in Blacklick with her family. |
